Diagnostic & audit

We measure before we recommend. Sometimes the reading says: don't.

“We need to automate the newsletter”
“Our press releases don’t get picked up”
“We should be doing something with AI”

The sentences above usually point at something real. But they also name a symptom. The newsletter takes four days because three people rewrite the same paragraph in three tools. The releases land nowhere because they reach the wrong twelve inboxes. Automated as stated, either one gives you a faster version of the wrong process.

Everyone sells AI. We sell knowing where it belongs.

You already know your business.
That is exactly what we work from.

You know where the week goes. What you rarely have is the outside reading taken by someone with no history in your decisions and no stake in defending them. So we come to you, and we follow the work through the people who do it.

The protocol

A first conversation, remote and free of charge, sets the perimeter.
It produces an offer: scope, duration and price, fixed. The diagnostic itself begins at signature.
Intake: One conversation. The request as you formulate it, and the constraints around it: team, tools, calendar, budget.
On site: At your offices. Interviews, screens, the files as they exist. Not as they are described.
Reading: The process mapped end to end. Where the time goes. Which steps carry judgement, which carry only repetition. Where a tool would hold, and where it would break.

The instrument comes before the intervention.

What you receive

The process as it stands, mapped. A ranked list of the points where applied AI would earn its place, each with an expected gain, a cost and a risk. What we advise leaving alone, and why. A sequence, with a first step small enough to begin next month.

The plan is yours. It is executable by nuclai, by your teams, or by another firm. That is a deliberate property of the document.

On the possible answer: no

A diagnostic that only ever confirmed the request would not be a diagnostic. Some processes are already efficient. Some are too unstable to automate. Some problems are organisational, and a tool would only make them faster. When that is the reading, we say so in writing, with the evidence. You keep the map and the argument. Nothing further is sold to you.

Terms

The diagnostic is a paid engagement, quoted at a fixed price against a defined perimeter. Coming to you, following the work end to end and thinking about it properly is the work itself, not the preface to it. We charge for it so that the reading stays a reading.

Then, and only then

Marketing process automation.
Editorial profiling of press targets.
Content for generative search.

Three services, each of them precise, none of them sold before the reading justifies it.

Begin

Tell us what you want to automate. We will tell you what to measure first.
