“Our Mondays go on compiling numbers”
“Every launch, we rewrite everything five times”
“Nobody has time to read the customer reviews”
A team busy copying and pasting
In a marketing team, a good share of the week calls for no judgement at all. Export, paste, rephrase, format, forward. The work has to be done, but it doesn’t have to be done by hand. Meanwhile, what really needs your team waits: the angle of a campaign, the call between two messages, the relationship with a client.
The diagnostic has pinpointed these steps in your organisation. This service takes them on.
What we do
Inside the tools you already use, we build workflows in which AI takes the repetitive share: collecting, sorting, summarising, adapting, formatting. Every workflow stops at a human checkpoint before anything is published or sent. The instructions given to the models are written down, dated and readable by your team, who can change them without us.
What can be automated: seven examples
Today: someone is meant to check five competitors’ websites, newsletters and social feeds every week, and manages it one month in two.
Automated: source collection, sorting by theme and a one-page summary every Monday, with a link to every item cited.
Still yours: deciding what deserves a response.
Today: a product launch means one reference text rewritten by hand for the website, the newsletter, LinkedIn, the product sheet and the sales deck.
Automated: a first draft of each format from the approved text, at the length and register each channel expects.
Still yours: the review, the brand voice and the final choice.
Today: every request to the agency, the designer or the photographer starts from a blank page, and the back-and-forth comes from whatever the brief left out.
Automated: a structured brief built from your meeting notes and specifications, with empty sections flagged rather than filled in.
Still yours: the creative intent and sign-off before it goes out.
Today: hundreds of comments sitting in an export nobody has time to read end to end.
Automated: grouping by theme, the dominant tone of each group and representative quotes, each traced back to its source.
Still yours: what you conclude, and what you change.
Today: at the end of every month, someone exports figures from four platforms, pastes them into a spreadsheet and writes three paragraphs of commentary.
Automated: collection, consolidation and a first commentary that flags the changes from the previous month.
Still yours: the interpretation, and the decisions that follow.
Today: the contact form and the info@ inbox mix prospects, job applications, suppliers and complaints, and sorting happens whenever someone gets round to it.
Automated: classifying each request, routing it to the right person and drafting a reply for the routine cases.
Still yours: hitting send. Nothing leaves unread.
Today: content approved in English also has to exist in German and French , and your brand glossary only gets applied if the reviewer remembers it.
Automated: a first draft adapted to each market, checked against your glossary and style guide, with every deviation flagged.
Still yours: review by a native speaker before anything is published.
The tools are whatever holds up in your setting: an automation platform such as Make or n8n, assistants connected to your business tools, sometimes nothing more than a well-written instruction. The choice is made during the diagnostic, not before.
What the system doesn’t do
It publishes nothing and sends nothing. It produces drafts and summaries. A person decides. It makes up no figures. When data is missing, the text says so instead of filling the gap. It handles only the data it needs. Personal data is kept to a minimum, the choice of tools and hosting is documented against the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP), and the processing can be entered in your records of processing activities.
What you receive
The automated workflows, running in your tools. For each one, the instruction given to the model, in plain text, dated and editable. The operating procedure, with the human checkpoints named. A record of the indicators before and after the pilot. A handover session for the team who will use it. None of it requires a change of tools. What we build belongs to you and stays readable without us.
How it runs
Diagnostic
The prerequisite. It identifies the tasks worth automating, and the ones that aren’t.
Pilot
A single workflow, running alongside your current way of working. We compare, we adjust.
Rollout
The other workflows, one at a time, in the order set by the diagnostic.
Handover
Your team takes over: instructions, checkpoints, maintenance.
Who it’s for
A marketing or communications team of two or of twenty, in a company that publishes regularly and doesn’t want to hire people to copy and paste. Prerequisites: a completed diagnostic, access to your tools and a named contact on your side.
What changes
Hours handed back to the team every week on the selected tasks. Less time between the end of a campaign and its report. Incoming requests handled the same day. Content adapted across channels without losing the brand voice. These indicators are measured before the pilot, during the diagnostic. It’s the only way to know afterwards whether the automation paid off. Not sure yet which tasks to pick? That is exactly what the diagnostic is for.

Frequently asked questions
As a rule, no. We build on what you already use. If a tool is missing, the diagnostic says so and explains why.
Not without you knowing. For every workflow, we document the data processed, the tool used and where it is hosted, and we keep personal data to the strict minimum. Where a solution hosted in Switzerland or Europe exists, we propose it.
You do. One caveat: text generated without human creative input is not necessarily protected by copyright. That’s one more reason for the review to be real editorial work, not a formality.
It will. That’s why every workflow has a human checkpoint before anything leaves the company, and the errors caught during the pilot are used to correct the instructions.
No. Automating the wrong task only produces the wrong result faster. The first conversation, held remotely, is free of charge; the diagnostic itself is invoiced.
Your team, trained during the handover.
