In-house training

Your people, on your own cases. Not a generic demo: we work on the files actually sitting on their desks, and everyone leaves with something that works on Monday morning.

The symptom

Your people are already using AI, each in their own way. Some save time every day, others won’t touch it, and the results vary so much from one person to the next that nobody knows what to expect from it.

What we do

We train your teams on your premises, in half-day modules put together around what you need. Every session starts from your own documents and everyday tasks. The goal is simple: everyone knows when to use AI, how to get a result they can rely on, and what never to hand over to it. If you have already set the rules with our AI governance work, the training gives your teams the skills to follow them.

Training is delivered by Sofia Mestre, who holds the Swiss diploma “AI Specialist for Marketing and Communication” and the SAWI “AI Practitioner” certificate.

The modules

The modules below combine freely: the core module for everyone, then one or more specialist modules for the people concerned, at whatever pace suits you.

Length: half a day
For: all staff
Participants leave able to: write a clear request and refine it until the output is usable; check an answer before using it, and spot the most common mistakes; tell apart what can go into a tool and what has to stay in the company.

Length: half a day
For: marketing and communications teams
Participants leave able to: write a brief the tool actually follows: tone, audience, brand rules; adapt one piece of content for several channels and keep it consistent; edit generated copy to strip out filler and unverified claims.

Length: half a day
For: accounting, controlling, finance management
Participants leave able to: have financial documents summarised or compared: reports, contracts, quotes; build spreadsheet formulas with AI’s help, then check them; verify any figure AI produces before relying on it.

Length: half a day
For: executives, managers, team leads
Participants leave able to: identify the tasks where AI saves time, and the ones where it creates risk; set usage rules their teams can actually follow; assess a tool or a vendor by asking the right questions.

How it works

Training follows the same four-step method as all our work.

  • Diagnosis: A first conversation to understand how AI is used today, which tools are approved, and what each group needs.
  • Pilot: We build the exercises from real cases you send us (emails, reports, spreadsheets, anonymised where needed). You approve the programme before the first session.
  • Rollout: Sessions take place on your premises, and most of the time goes to hands-on work with your cases.
  • Handover: Every participant leaves with the materials and the prompts tested in the session. The team keeps a best-practice sheet it can build on.

Who it’s for

Size: small and medium-sized organisations/departments.
Roles: everyone for the core module; marketing, communications, finance and management for the specialist modules.
Prerequisites: no technical background needed.
Group size: up to 12 people per session.
Price: CHF 1,800 per half-day module. The price covers exercises built on your own cases, materials, and travel within French-speaking Switzerland and the Jura Arc. Elsewhere, travel is quoted on request.

Tighter budget? We can also run a module with standard materials. Let’s talk.

What changes

Training doesn’t replace practice: the effects show in the weeks that follow, as long as the team keeps at it.

Frequently asked questions

No. In nuclai training sessions, exercises use anonymised documents or cases rebuilt from yours. Knowing what a tool can receive and what must stay in the company is part of the programme, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

We work with the tools your company already uses or plans to approve, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. The choice is made in the first conversation. The methods we teach apply to all mainstream AI assistants. Default tools: Claude and Gemini.

No. nuclai training is designed for beginners and regular users alike. Being comfortable with a computer and a web browser is enough, and no coding is involved.

Each nuclai training module takes half a day. The core module plus one specialist module means two half-days per person, and they don’t need to fall in the same week.

Yes, because nuclai builds the exercises from your own documents and tasks, collected before the first session. We don’t claim to know every trade from the inside, which is why your examples matter as much as the module content.
